EV Star
GreenPower Motor Company builds purpose-built fully electric heavy-duty and medium-duty vehicles for the delivery and cargo markets including shuttle and transit spaces and school buses. Its proprietary EV Star Cab & Chassis allows for multiple upgrades or bodies and sets the standard for emission-free people and goods transportation. GreenPower also provides low-floor electric buses for transit agencies, including a 30ft EV250, 40ft EV350 and a double decker EV550.
The firm's current fleet of buses comprises six models which are composed of 95% components. They can offer them at less than traditional vehicles. This is particularly important because government subsidies are declining.
